Spinifex Lucette 2023 (500ml) prosper-maufoux This crisp refreshing Sauvignon BlancLucette is something of a unicorn in the Spinifex range. This is just the second release in 10 years. Lucette is a cane cut Semillon, whereby the vines canes are cut just before harvest, stopping the supply of water to the bunches and resulting in the berries shrivelling on the vine.
