Domaine Vincey, Champagne Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Brut Nature "Chemin de Chalons Mesnil sur Oger", 2021 Celebration 2024 and just a hint ofChemin de Chalons is one of two Vincey bottlings from the Grand Cru of Le Mesnil sur Oger. It's a single southeast facing parcel of massal selection Chardonnay planted in 1968, sitting on 60 cm of brown clay over Mesnil's celebrated chalk and located next to the historic Chetillon. The slightly warmer mesoclimate ripens fruit about six days earlier than Vincey's neighboring Auge plot, giving a more demonstrative, fleshier Mesnil interpretation.
